Every Friday night throughout the summer there is music at the lake, and this was our first time taking Silas! We went expecting to hear some blues, but ended up listening to chart topping covers (think Joan Jett to Janis Joplin). It was a pretty random selection of sing-a-long songs, some okay, some not so great, but hey, it was free and fun. I'm pretty disappointed we didn't attend more regularly as next week is the last one of the season. This is just one more sign that summer is winding down, and winter is right around the corner. Gah! I'm hoping for a long, beautiful fall first. Tomorrow Si guy turns 6 months old! Stay tuned for an update!
